The present invention relates to a bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone, and a method for producing the bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone. A method for producing a bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of causing a bone disease in a rodent and taking care of the rodent； a step (b) of medicating the rodent of the step (a) with a bisphosphonate drug and taking care of the rodent； a step (c) of performing a tooth extraction process on the rodent of the step (b) through a surgical operation to extract a tooth； and a step (d) of medicating the rodent of the step (c) with the bisphosphonate drug and taking care of the rodent. A bisphosphonate-related animal model with osteonecrosis of the jaw bone according to the present invention can be usefully used in researches and development of corresponding diseases by providing conditions for diseases similar to the bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw bone in human being, thereby providing a study model suitable for the study of the bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw bone.본 발명은 비스포스포네이트 연관 악골괴사증 동물 모델 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 비스포스포네이트 연관 악골괴사증 설치류 동물 모델은 인간에서 비스포스포네이트 연관 악골 괴사증과 유사한 질환 조건을 제공함으로써, 비스포스포네이트 연관 악골 괴사증의 연구에 적합한 연구 모델을 제공하여 해당 질환의 연구 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
