PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for immobilizing a virus while maintaining biological activity of the virus, used for prevention and/or treatment of bacterial infection, and to provide a using method therefor.SOLUTION: The device, used for prevention and/or treatment of the bacterial infection, includes a bacteriophage immobilized to a solid-phase material by corona discharge, wherein the bacteriophage is immobilized to the solid-phase material through a covalent bond formed between the bacteriophage and the solid-phase material, and the bacteriophage maintains infectiosity. The using method for the device is provided.
