PURPOSE: A black garlic beverage containing perilla frutescens, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the unique taste and flavor of black garlic using a perilla frutescens extract.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a black garlic beverage comprises the following steps: homogenizing black garlic until the content of solid parts inside the black garlic is 20-40 deg C to obtain black garlic juice and mixing 50-80wt% of black garlic juice, 10-40wt% of perilla frutescens extract, and 5-35wt% of water.
