The present invention provides a method for producing Dioscorea opposita bulbils comprising: (a) a step for planting Dioscorea opposita and cultivating it by inductive cultivation； (b) a step for training the stem of the Dioscorea opposita cultivated by the inductive cultivation at the step (a) to be crept, then cultivating it by creeping cultivation. The method included in the present invention enables environmentally friendly production of the bulbils without using plant hormones or chemical products, thereby providing an advantage of being very stable to the plant. Also, the method in the present invention provides advantages in greatly increasing the formation of the bulbils and forming very big bulbils.본 발명은 둥근마(Dioscorea opposita) 주아(珠芽) 생산방법에 있어서, 하기 단계를 포함하는 둥근마 주아 생산방법을 제공한다: (a) 둥근마를 정식(定植)한 이후 유인재배하는 단계； 및 (b) 상기 단계 (a)의 유인재배한 둥근마 줄기를 포복유인한 이후 포복재배하는 단계. 본 발명에 포함된 방법은 식물호르몬이나 화학제품을 사용하지 않고 자연원리에 순응한 친환경적으로 주아를 생산하게 되어 식물에 매우 안정적인 장점을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명의 방법은 주아 생성율이 매우 높고, 생성된 주아의 크기가 매우 큰 장점을 제공한다.
