A DEVICE COMPRISES A NEEDLE TUBE (5) THAT HAS A NEEDLE TIP (5A) CAPABLE OF PUNCTURING A LIVING BODY AND THAT IS COATED WITH A COATING AGENT ON THE SURFACE OF A TIP-END PORTION ON THE SIDE OF THE NEEDLE TIP (5A) AND A NEEDLE HUB (6) ADAPTED TO HOLD THE NEEDLE TUBE (5) IN A STATE WHERE THE NEEDLE TIP (5A) OF THE NEEDLE TUBE (5) IS PROTRUDED.
