Provided herein are isolated CD3 x PSMA bispecific antigen binding molecules or bispecific antigen binding fragment thereof wherein a FN3 domain specifically binds human prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and a second antigen binding site immunospecifically binds CD3.
