NOVEL NON-THERAPEUTIC USE OF AN EXTRACT OF NEPHELIUM LAPPACEUM TO PREVENT THE OCCURRENCE OF AND/OR TO REDUCE UNPLEASANT ODOURS ON THE SKIN AND/OR MUCOUS MEMBRANES AND/OR SKIN APPENDAGES
The invention relates to the non-therapeutic, preferably cosmetic, use of an extract of the plant Nephelium lappaceum to prevent the occurrence of and/or reduce unpleasant odours, advantageously on the skin and/or mucous membranes and/or skin appendages, in particular hair. The extract of N. lappaceum is used on its own or in a composition, topically or orally. The invention further relates to a non-therapeutic care method preferably comprising the topical application of the N. lappaceum extract or of a composition comprising the extract.L'invention concerne l'utilisation non thérapeutique, préférentiellement cosmétique, d'un extrait de la plante Nephelium lappaceum pour prévenir l'apparition et/ou diminuer les odeurs désagréables, avantageusement au niveau de la peau et/ou des muqueuses et/ou des annexes cutanées, en particulier 5 des cheveux. L'extrait de N. lappaceum est utilisé seul ou dans une composition, par voie topique ou orale. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de soin non thérapeutique comprenant préférentiellement l'application par voie topique de l'extrait de N. lappaceum ou d'une composition le comprenant.
