PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting screw for a dental implant.SOLUTION: The connecting screw 22 for the dental implant 18 can be securely screwed by a commercially available rotating tool 24 even if a center longitudinal axis C of the connecting screw 22 and a longitudinal axis D of the rotating tool 24 are disposed at an acute angle to each other. For the purpose, the connecting screw 22 includes a shaft portion 32 with an external screw 48 to be connected to the dental implant 18, and a head portion 34 with a blind hole-shaped recess 36 opened toward an upper screw end 46.
