A medicament dispensing system for orally dispensing medicament to a patient, wherein the system comprises in combination a syringe to extract medicament, an adapter to be inserted tightly into the medicament container and serve as an airtight inner cap thereof, as well as to serve as a guide for the syringe； and a housing or hood for containing and storing in a sterile manner said syringe and adapter.
