PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for planting seedlings designed to accurately operate seedling planting tools of 2 rows with a common gear train and to facilitate assembling or maintenance of rotors by dividably composing a fixed support rotatably supporting the rotors having the seedling planting tools from the outside so that the rotors can be mounted and demounted. SOLUTION: The device for planting the seedlings is composed as follows. The fixed support for rotatably supporting the rotors from the outside is provided on the outer periphery of the right and left rotors having the seedling planting tools and the space in the interior between the right and the left rotors is closed with the fixed support. The device for planting the seedlings is characterized by installing the gear train for operating the seedling planting tools in the internal space. The device for planting the seedlings is characterized in that the fixed support can vertically be divided so that the divided surface of the fixed support is located approximately near in the horizontal plane when the fixed support is composed so as to be dividable so that the rotors can be mounted and demounted.
