The invention relates to an eye-controlled communicating system. The eye-controlled communicating system includes an eye-controlled auxiliary device for a patient and a visiting device for family or friends of the patient. The eye-controlled auxiliary device includes an eye-controlled module, a first monitor and a first processing unit. The eye-controlled module is configured to generate an eye-controlled command based on corresponding eyes movement of the patient and transmits the eye-controlled command to the first processing unit. The first processing unit is configured to make the patient can operate a first operating interface displaying on the first monitor by eyes movement and configured to response operations of the patient and execute corresponding commands, such as transmitting messages which expresses meaning of the patient to a second processing unit of the visiting device. The second processing unit of the visiting device is configured to receive and display messages transmitting from the first processing unit of the eye-controlled auxiliary device.
