The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly concentrated amino acid solution which comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a homogenized solution by homogenizing fresh blood from slaughtered pigs (b) treating the homogenized solution with ethanol (c) immersing the concentrate treated with ethanol (d) removing a supernatant liquid from the immersion solution (e) removing ethanol from the immersion solution from which the supernatant liquid has been removed (f) preparing a re-homogenized solution by homogenizing the solution from which the ethanol has been removed and (g) reacting the re-homogenized solution with an enzyme. According to the present invention, the highly concentrated amino acid solution is manufactured by homogenizing and concentrating fresh blood and then reacting the same with an enzyme so as to maximize concentration efficiency, thereby having an excellent effect as a fertilizer for enhancing the growth of plants and activities of soil microorganisms.
