PURPOSE: A production method of a water-soluble amino acid extract is provided to process pig blood powder using edible acetic acid and pyroligneous liquor for removing blood smell and fat components which is animal glycerin.CONSTITUTION: Pig blood in a thrombin state is dried. The dried pig blood is pulverized into a particle size of 600 nm-35 um to obtain pig blood powder. 30-130 parts by weight of pig blood powder and 100 parts by weight of distilled water are mixed and boiled to obtain a first mixture. The first mixture is cooled at room temperature, and precipitated to separate clotted pig blood. The clotted pig blood and edible acetic acid are mixed and heated to obtain a second mixture. The second mixture is cooled at room temperature and precipitated to filter and remove fat, and a solution containing water-soluble amino acid is extracted. 100 parts by weight of solution containing water-soluble amino acid and 0.5-1 part by weight pyroligneous liquor are mixed to remove bloody smells. The water-soluble amino acid extract is sterilized.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Pig blood drying step (BB) Pig blood powder producing step (CC) First mixture producing step (DD) Clogged pig blood separating step (EE) Second mixture producing step (FF) Amino acid solution extraction step (GG) Blood smell removing step (HH) Water-soluble amino acid extract본 발명은 돼지혈 분말을 이용한 수용성 아미노산 추출물의 제조방법으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건조시킨 트롬빈 상태의 돼지혈을 초미세 분말로 만들고 식용 식초산과 목초액으로 처리하여 돼지혈의 피비린 냄새와 동물성 글리세린인 지방성분을 제거한 다음에 돼지혈의 성분 중 아미노산 14종과 유효성분 등이 포함된 수용성 아미노산 추출물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 트롬빈 상태의 돼지혈을 건조하는 건조단계, 상기 건조된 돼지혈을 600㎚~35㎛의 입자크기로 분쇄하여 돼지혈 분말을 제조하는 단계, 상기 돼지혈 분말과 증류수를 혼합하고 40~50℃의 온도로 가열하여 1차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 1차 혼합물을 상온으로 냉각시킨 다음에 침전시켜 상등된 용액은 제거하고 응고되어 침전된 돼지혈 선지를 분리시키는 단계, 상기 돼지혈 선지와 식용 식초산을 혼합하고 60~70℃의 온도로 가열하여 2차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 2차 혼합물을 상온으로 냉각시킨 다음에 침전시켜 침전된 지방류는 걸러내어 제거하고 상등된 수용성 아미노산이 포함된 용액을 추출하는 단계, 상기 수용성 아미노산이 포함된 용액과 목초액을 혼합하여 비린 냄새를 제거하는 단계가 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
