PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bread, Chinese meat bun, bun with bean jam filling, etc., having quality suggesting presence of cooked rice as a filler as it is to give aftertaste of cooked rice (rice grain feeling) in eating, and to provide a heat-cooked rice food for filling enabling easy and stable filling with a machine in producing the bread, Chinese meat bun and bun with bean jam filling having the quality.

SOLUTION: Glutinous rice and/or nonglutinous rice are soaked in water, mixed with an ingredient, further mixed with prescribed amounts of dextrin, trehalose and additive water, heat-treated (heat cooked), filled as a filling for the bread, Chinese meat bun and bun with bean jam and furthermore heat-treated to obtain the filled bread, etc.
