PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-reinforcing agent which can restore the damages of hair to maintain a hair-reinforcing effect for improving a permanent wave effect and a hair color effect.
SOLUTION: This hair-reinforcing agent is characterized by containing a liquid A and a liquid B, wherein the liquid A is a buffer solution the liquid B is an aqueous solution containing hydroxypropyl cellulose and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of D, L-pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, amino acids and glutathione hair is coated with the liquid A and then the liquid B to react both the liquids on the hair, thereby forming a water-soluble gummy substance to reinforce the hair.
