The present invention relates to a Ringer's solution monitoring apparatus in which a dropper is installed and which detects Ringer's solution input information such as an input speed and an input amount of a Ringer's solution and informs a manager of the Ringer's solution input information. The Ringer's solution monitoring apparatus includes a main body, a dropper attachment part which is provided on the main body and to which a dropper is attached, a Ringer's solution detector which detects a Ringer's solution falling in the dropper attached to the dropper attachment part, and a fixing unit which detachably fixes the main body to a hanger on which a Ringer's solution container is hung.
