Disclosed is a compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein all of the symbols are as defined in the description), a salt or solvate of the compound, or a prodrug of the compound or the salt or solvate, a mixture of the compound with a diastereomer thereof at an arbitral ratio, or a cyclodextrin inclusion compound of the compound, which has a detrusor muscle-contracting activity and a urethral sphincter muscle-relaxing activity, and therefore can ameliorate bladder contraction disorders and/or urethral relaxation disorders, and is effective on, for example, underactive bladder. The compound has no risk of adverse side effects on a urinary system, a circulatory system and a digestive system, and has excellent pharmacokinetics including oral absorbability. As mentioned above, the compound is useful as a superior prophylactic, therapeutic and/or condition-ameliorating agent for underactive bladder.
