In a method for determining a degree of color blindness, the present invention includes: a background chart which has a first color and first figures to which brightness noise is added to prevent color separation due to brightness difference； and at least one test bar for showing that its length varies according to a degree of the color blindness of a user, by gradually forming a second color which can be confused with the first color based on a color blindness confusion line.본 발명은 색각 이상 정도를 측정하기 위한 기구에 있어서, 제1 색상을 가지며, 명도 차이에 의한 색 구분이 방지되도록 명도 잡음이 추가된 복수의 제1 도형들이 배치되는 배경 차트； 및 상기 배경 차트 위에 형성되며, 색각 혼동선을 기준으로 상기 제1 색상과 혼동 가능한 제2 색상이 점진적으로 형성됨으로써, 사용자의 색각 이상 정도에 따라 그 길이가 다르게 보여지기 위한 적어도 하나의 테스트 막대를 포함한다.
