PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfuming cosmetic having good fragrance release and long-lasting fragrance which effectively masks a specific smell of a dicarboxylic acid diester.SOLUTION: A perfuming cosmetic comprises a component (A) and a component (B), and has a mass ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) of 1 to 520000. The component (A) is 0.1 to 20 mass% of a dicarboxylic acid diester (R1 and R2 each independently represent a linear or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms n represents an integer of 4 to 10).
