PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device and a spray method, capable of suppressing generation of a non-spray region where a chemical liquid is not sprayed, during spray of the chemical liquid.SOLUTION: A spray device 20 includes a vehicle body 1, a nozzle part 9 for spraying liquid attached to the vehicle body 1, and a support part 7 supporting the nozzle part 9, and arranging it by switching it to the front side or the rear side of the vehicle body 1.
