PURPOSE: A real time data transmission method of a capsule endoscope system and a device thereof are provided to confirm images captured by the capsule endoscope system in real time. CONSTITUTION: A real time data transmission device of a capsule endoscope system comprises a capsule endoscope(100), a receiver(200), a Wi-Fi module(300), and a smartphone(400). The capsule endoscope system transmits inner body image information to the outside by capturing the inner body. A receiver receives and stores the inner body image information transmitted from the capsule endoscope system. The Wi-Fi module transmits the inner body image stored in the receiver to the outside through the wireless communication. The smartphone displays a screen by receiving the inner body image information transmitted through the Wi-Fi module.
