PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent composite which is thin and lightweight, excellent in dimensional stability and workability and high in absorbing speed.
SOLUTION: The composite is a compound in which a base material adhered onto a particulate absorbent resin, and is characterized by satisfying the following conditions: (1) the base material is constituted of hydrophilic fibers (2) the average basis weight of the absorbent resin is 10-150 g/m
