The tracheostoma device holder (100) also comprises a tubular tracheostoma device fitting (103), arranged circumferentially of the through hole (102), wherein the tubular tracheostoma device fitting (103) comprises a sleeve (104), extending distally from a distal side of the skirt (101), and an annular lip (107).
