PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment composition for restraining reaction smell, that restrains reaction smell produced in the hair cosmetically treated with a hair dyeing agent or a hair bleaching agent and easily improves the feel of hair.
SOLUTION: The treatment composition for restraining reaction smell is applied to the hair cosmetically treated with a hair dyeing agent containing an oxidation dye, an alkali agent and an oxidizing agent, or a hair bleaching agent containing an alkali agent and an oxidizing agent. The treatment composition for inhibiting reaction smell contains (A) an amino-modified silicone, (B) a cationic surfactant, (C) vegetable fats and oils and (D) polyphenols. The content of the cationic surfactant (B) in the treatment composition for restraining reaction smell is 0.01-0.8 mass%.
