PURPOSE: An anchoring device for a road side tree is provided to apply the length and size of the road side tree according to the number, size, and stem shape of the road side tree without any special process. CONSTITUTION: An anchoring device for a road side tree is formed with a holding fixture which has a combining material(15) combined with protective cover on the bottom and a fixture(17b) on the top, a rotating material forming a projection at the low-end unit to free-wheeling, and a supporting stand(24) injected from the top part of the fixing unit by a hinge combining to a fixture for rotating a member and forming a fixing unit. A fixing unit is comprised to be easily fixed to the tree stem by fixing a belt to the fixing device when applied to the tree stem. The top part of a fixing device forms a hole and is composed to insert as well as to fix a supporting stand. A hole for a fixing device is comprised to form a supporting material separately with the inner wall of the supporting unit, form a supporting material corresponding to each other to insert a secondary supporting fixture(25) inside the supporting material in order to reinforce the supporting stand. A combining member is combined in several directions when the combining material is combined to the penetration unit of the protective cover. A rotating unit is comprised to rotate forwards, backwards, right, left, and horizontal by the hinge combining with a supporting fixture of a rotational material rotating free and being inserted to a fixing stand of a fixing unit and an opening for the supporting unit.본 발명은 가로수 보호덮개에 지지구의 결합부재가 결합되도록 구성되고 상기 지지구 중앙에 지지되어 수평으로 360도 회전이 가능하도록 형성되는 회전부재가 구성되며 상기 회전부재에 핀으로 결합되어 전후로 회동되는 고정구에 형성되는 홀에 가로수 지지대가 삽입되도록 형성되며 상기 고정구의 고정부재에는 지지대를 보강하기 위해 보조 지지대가 삽입 고정되도록 구성되어 가로수를 지지하는 지지대의 강도를 조절할 수 있고, 결합하는 작업만으로 지지대를 신속하게 고정할 수 있으며 지지대의 고정방향으로 360도 내에서 조절할 수 있도록 구성되는 가로수 지지대의 고정장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
