PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting each flavor of fresh cream and sweet butter produced by using two or more kinds of raw milks, or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for predicting each flavor of fresh cream and sweet butter produced by using mixed raw milk formed by mixing two or more kinds of raw milks.
