PURPOSE: A novel microorganism Bacillus nitroreducens PLC9 isolated from waste water is provided to maintain activity at broad temperature and use as an agent for disposing waste water. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus nitroreducens PLC9(KACC91464P) isolated from waste water. A composition which disposes hydrogen peroxide contains Bacillus nitroreducens PLC9(KACC91464P). The Bacillus nitroreducens PLC9(KACC91464P) is used as a marker microorganism for setting a method for sterilizing. The Bacillus nitroreducens PLC9(KACC91464P) produces catalase having excellent decomposition ability of hydrogen peroxide. An agent for treating remaining hydrogen peroxide contains catalase.본 발명은 과산화수소 저항성이 우수하며 과산화수소 분해 능력이 넓은 온도 범위에서 작용하는 우수한 신규 미생물 Bacillus nitroreducens PLC9 에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 과산화수소에 의한 살균처리의 기준을 설정하는데 사용될 수 있도록 과산화수소의 농도에 대하여 선형의 생존 곡선을 나타내는 신규 미생물 Bacillus nitroreducens PLC9에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 과산화수소를 처리하는 미생물 Bacillusnitroreducens PLC9의 카탈라아제에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 새로운 미생물 Bacillusnitroreducens PLC9을 사용하여 과산화수소수를 단시간 내에 처리하는 방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.본 발명에 의하면 과산화수소수에 대하여 일정한 저항 기작 및 선형의 생존곡선을 나타내어 살균 효과의 검증에 필수적인 지표 미생물로 사용할 수 있는 상기의 미생물 Bacillusnitroreducens PLC9을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
