PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion cosmetic which adheres zinc oxide not only to crista cutis but also to pores and sulcus cutis and finishes without color unevenness caused by aggregation of powder, and having a feeling of use which is not mealy and free of roughness.SOLUTION: The emulsion cosmetic includes following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) color pigment containing polymer powder containing (a) a white inorganic pigment (b) a red inorganic pigment, and (c) a yellow inorganic pigment, and having an average particle diameter of 1 to 15 &mum (B) flaky zinc oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.1-1 &mum, an average particle thickness of 0.005-0.2 &mum, and an average plate ratio of 3 or more (C) non-ionic surfactant having an HLB of 1-8 and (D) a color pigment having an average particle diameter of 0.01-2 &mum.
