The present invention relates to luterion, which is a mitochondrial-like micro-material, and separating and culturing methods for same and, more specifically, to a method for separating luterion by means of a filter having a gap in a particular size, luterion which is separated by the method and has particular properties, and a culturing method for the proliferation of the luterion. The method for separating the luterion comprises the following steps: (a) filtering condensate obtained by cooling vapor or gas shaking extract of plants or foods by using a filter having a gap of a size of 0.8-1.2 &mum (b) centrifuging the filtered condensate and (c) separating the luterion from the centrifuged supernatant.
