PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent material and a therapeutic adsorbent device excellent in safety and preservation stability, adsorbing an autoantibody for a patient with pemphigus and an autoantibody for desmoglein.

SOLUTION: An autoantibody adsorbent material, where ligand consisting of compounds containing thienyl group is fixed on a water-insoluble carrier. An extracorporeal circulation module, in which an autoantibody adsorbent material fills a container provided with an inlet port for the inflow of blood or blood plasma and an outlet port for the outflow of blood or blood plasma.
