CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of taffy using Cudrania tricuspidata and pumpkins comprises the following steps: steaming and drying bark, roots, stem, leaves of Cudrania tricuspidata to 1 ~ 2 cm 9 times; pulverizing the half of Cudrania tricuspidata to powder; preparing corn stalks to 1 ~ 2 cm; mixing the corn stalks and the rest of Cudrania tricuspidata with a ratio of 1 : 1; acquiring extract of mixed materials; filling the hollow pumpkin with Cudrania tricuspidata powder, Cudrania tricuspidata syrup, Hoelen alba powder, and Rehmanniae Radix juice etc; boiling the pumpkin in a jar to make concentrate; concentrating and heating the concentrate to a moisture content of 15 ~ 20 %; and cooling the concentrate in a fixed mold(C30,C40,C50).본 발명은 꾸지뽕 나무 특유의 영양성분을 유지하면서 부담 없이 즐길수 있는, 전통 애호 식품으로서 상시 복용을 할 수 있고, 토속적이면서 우리 고유의 전통식품인 엿을 건강에 유익하고, 기호성과 영양면을 개선한 꾸지뽕 엿 제조방법을 제공한다.
