PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care device which can suppress the number of a part and an assembling man day.SOLUTION: The scalp care device includes: a device body which comprises holding a motor which actuates an output shaft 56 in a body housing and an operation head part 12 which is assembled to the body housing in which operation pieces 81a-81d which have an operation projection 83 are actuated at least to the orthogonal direction of the output shaft 56 based on the driving of the output shaft 56, and the gap produced to the circumference of the operation pieces 81a-81d is at least covered by a cover part 61 which has flexibility which can follow the operation of the operation pieces 81a-81d.
