The gamma-ray imaging apparatus comprises: a body which has an internal mounting space a collimator which is installed on one side of the body a gamma-ray detector which is installed inside the collimator of the body, and measures gamma rays transmitted by the collimator a CCD camera which is installed adjacent to one side of an edge of the collimator of the body an image measurement processing unit which is accommodated and installed inside the body, and measures and processes CCD image information acquired via the CCD camera and gamma-ray image information acquired via the gamma-ray detector and a display panel which is installed on the other side of the body, and implements real-time virtual reality by combining an anatomical image signal and a gamma-ray image signal processed via the image measurement processing unit together.
