According to the invention, the product consists of 70 parts of pork leg, 30 parts of pork trimmings, 2.3 parts of salting mixture, 0.5 parts of polyphosphate, 0.3 parts of pepper, 0.1 parts of nutmeg, 0.1 parts of allspice, 1...3 parts of fruit pomace meal, possibly 4...8 parts of dehydrated elderberries, the parts being expressed by weight, the product having an energy value of 209.18...210.89 kcal/100 g.Invenţia se referă la un preparat funcţional din carne de porc de tip semiconservă.
