Disclosed is a method of producing a vesicle containing a metallic nanoparticle that is covalently bound to at least one hydrophilic polymer and at least one hydrophobic polymer, wherein the method involves dispersing the polymer-bound metallic nanoparticle in an organic solvent, adding an aqueous solution containing a dispersing aid to form a mixed solution, sonicating the mixed solution to form an emulsion and removing the organic solvent from the emulsion until the vesicle forms. Using this method, the formed vesicle has a diameter of 20-150 nm, which is useful for a method of conducting photothermal therapy (PTT) for killing cells, such as cancer cells.Linvention concerne un procédé de production dune vésicule contenant une nanoparticule métallique qui est liée par covalence à au moins un polymère hydrophile et au moins un polymère hydrophobe, lequel procédé implique la dispersion de la nanoparticule métallique liée au polymère dans un solvant organique, lajout dune solution aqueuse contenant un adjuvant de dispersion afin de former une solution mélangée, la sonication de la solution mélangée pour former une émulsion et lélimination du solvant organique de lémulsion jusquà ce que la vésicule se forme. Grâce à ce procédé, la vésicule formée a un diamètre de 20 à 150 nm, ce qui est utile dans un procédé dapplication dune thérapie photothermique (TPT) visant à tuer des cellules, telles que des cellules cancéreuses.
