To provide a portable blood circulation pad used for relaxing pain of sciatic neuralgia by a thermal action.SOLUTION: A portable blood circulation pad X comprises: a soft bag body 1 having a prescribed length and having a rod-shaped hollow part 2 and capable of being carried by one hand； an elastic rod-shaped heating body which is packaged in the rod-shaped hollow part 2 of the soft bag body 1； a power source cord 4 being connected to the rod-shaped heating body and having an insertion plug on a free end part； and temperature adjustment means 6 provided on any of the soft bag body 1 and the power source cord 4.
