PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in that wild animals and birds, because they have a high ability to learn how to defend, soon learn and confirm safety of the conventional instruments for preventing browsing damage or wind bells which generate constant sounds or light regularly, and then invade to browse.SOLUTION: The instrument for preventing browsing damage has a shape of wind bells and includes a pendulum 3 hung on a hanging frame 2 and wind capturing members 4 hung below. The instrument is installed by the use of a string 1 to tree branches, fences or the like, and is easily moved or removed therefrom, so browsing damage by wild animals is prevented. If the instrument is used with luminous paint, luminous tape or the like, it is effective even at night.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の食害防止器具や風鈴等は、一定の同じ音や光を定期的に発生するものですが、野生動物、鳥等は、防衛に対しての学習能力が優れているので、早々に安全を学習確認して、進入して食害している。【解決手段】つり枠2に振り子3を吊り下げてその下部に風受け部材4を吊り下げた風鈴型の食害防止器具で、紐等1を利用して、立ち木の枝や柵等に、取り付け、移動、撤去が簡単に出来ることで、野生動物からの食害を防止する。器具に夜行塗料や夜行テープ等をつける事で、夜間でも効果がでる。【選択図】図1
