PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a semiconductor heat energy generator (semi-air-conditioning heat module) composed of a semiconductor heat pump that is completely different from a conventional heat source and to provide a jacket or the like with a cooling/heating function incorporating the semi-air-conditioning heat module, aiming at the development of clothes with the cooling/heating function capable of obtaining a sensible temperature which makes it possible to live or work even under a super high temperature environment or a severely cold environment.SOLUTION: The semi-air-conditioning heat module is developed and provided so that it is made possible to provide daily commodities with the cooling/heating function, such as a jacket incorporating the semiconductor heat energy generator (semi-air-conditioning heat module) developed in-house for high heat and low heat obtained from the semiconductor heat pump.
