Provided are an immediate-acting dental local anesthetic preparation including a microneedle array containing a local anesthetic, in which a needle part dissolves in a mucous membrane when being applied to an oral mucous membrane or gums, the microneedle array containing the local anesthetic, in which a height of a microneedle is 50 μm or more and 300 μm or less, a rip of the microneedle is a circle having a diameter of 1 μm or more and 50 μm or less or a plane having the same area, and a thickness of a substrate of the microneedle array is 5 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and a microneedle patch including the microneedle array and a support provided on a back surface of the microneedle array.
