PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setup for precluding the entry of air into a sterilizing chamber.SOLUTION: The provided apparatus is furnished with: a concentration chamber for concentrating a sterilizer a vaporization chamber for vaporizing the sterilizer a metering tube into which the sterilizer is dispensed from the concentration chamber prior to the dispensation thereof into the vaporization chamber a vacuum appliance for drawing a vacuum within the sterilizing chamber and a first valve opened/closed for controlling the conduction of the sterilizing chamber and the metering tube.
