The present invention relates to a composition for preventing adhesion including a cell restoration ingredient. The composition is produced by cross-linking 1-50 wt% of a polyethylene oxide block copolymer, 0.1-5 wt% of an anionic natural polymer, 0.01-5 wt% of an inorganic ion cross-linking agent, 0.01-5 wt% of a biological active substance PDRN, and 30-97.98 wt% of distilled water. The composition has an effective tissue adhesion inhibiting function, exhibits equal or higher viscosity compared to an existing product, even without using a synthetic cross-linking agent which shows residual toxicity by adding a metal ion cross-linking agent to an aqueous solution including a natural polymer which can be mixed to the block copolymer, and has improved safety.
