The method comprises: detecting a human body temperature state (S101)； determining whether or not the human body temperature state is normal (S102)； if yes, then maintaining a current state (S103)； if the temperature is either too high or too low, then issuing a prompt (S104)； and if normal body temperature is not detected for an extended period of time, then transmitting information to a preset information receiving terminal (S105).
