A release paper adheres to fabric for a dressing material, and the fabric is fed and unwound from the feeder. The half-cutting unit forms a break line on the release paper beneath the fabric. The preheater preheats the fabric. The molding apparatus molds the fabric with pressure into a predetermined shape. The cooler air-cools the dressing material. The press cutter cuts the dressing material into pieces without damaging the release paper. The residue collector collects the residues of the dressing material. The protective film supplying part covers the dressing material with a protective film after the residues are removed from the dressing material.
