PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment tool for allowing a doctor, who operates a slide operation member with the use of a hand side operation part, to easily and correctly obtain the operation state of a distal end working member.
SOLUTION: A waveform surface 18, where projections/recessions are periodically and repetitively formed, and click members 19. 20 to be flexibly engaged/disengaged with/from the waveform surface 18 are arranged by division into an operation part body 11 and the slide operation member 12 in a relative slide movement region between a member on the side of the operation part body 11 and a member on the side of the slide operation member 12. When the slide operation member 12 is operated by sliding with respect to the operation part body 11, the click members 19, 20 are flexibly engaged/disengaged with/from the waveform surface 18.
