PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing spinning reel which has a folding structure of a handle of which the backlash of a handle part is prevented and incorporation operation and folding operation of the handle part are easily done.SOLUTION: A fishing spinning reel has a driving shaft 7 which is integrated with a drive gear, a handle shaft 22 which supports rotatably a handle arm 24 at one end side and rotates the driving shaft 7 by rotational operation of the handle arm, and a cylindrical member 27 which is arranged over the driving shaft 7 and the handle shaft 22.
