The present invention relates to a motion sensitive sensor lamp having a sterilizing function, which includes: a case formed therein with a receiving space and opened at a lower portion thereof； a main light source unit including a main PCB substrate accommodated in the case and a plurality of main LED elements integrated on the main PCB substrate to output a light source, so that the light source is irradiated downward after accommodated in the case； a first dispersion panel installed under the case to disperse the light source outputted from the main light source unit； a sterilizing mechanism provided in an inner center of the case and configured to generate hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl ions, and super-oxide ions for sterilizing harmful bacteria and diffuse the sterilizing substances to surroundings； an auxiliary light source unit installed on an outer surface of the case, electrically connected to the main PCB substrate and receiving power from the main PCB substrate to output the light source in the direction of a person； a sensing unit for sensing the presence and location of the person to transmit the sensed information to a microprocessor； and the microprocessor for controlling operations of the main and auxiliary light source units and for controlling operations of the sterilizing mechanism.
