The present invention relates to a novel cell penetrating peptide comprising multiple motifs derived from RGD analogs and a use thereof. The peptide comprising multiple motifs of the present invention is not cytotoxic and increases intracellular absorption of asymmetric liposome (ALP) when binding to the asymmetric liposome, thus can be usefully used in various drug delivery systems for treatments and a drug treatment technology.본 발명은 다중 모티프로 구성된 신규한 세포투과 펩티드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 본 발명의 다중 모티프로 구성된 펩티드가 세포독성이 없으며 비대칭 리포좀(asymmetric liposome； ALP)과 결합하였을 때, 세포 내 흡수를 현저히 증가시켜 다양한 치료용 약물 전달 시스템 및 약물치료 기술에 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
