PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition affording a gel-like jetted item that includes bubbles inside thereof, produces a large bubble breakage sound when the bubble breaks and exhibits persisting bubble breakage, and to provide an aerosol composition affording a gel-like or gummy candy-like jetted item a part of which, particularly the surface thereof, is frozen to have hardness enough to pick it up with fingers.

SOLUTION: The aerosol composition includes an aqueous stock solution and a liquefied gas, where the aqueous stock solution contains carrageenan and a surfactant, where the aqueous stock solution contains the carrageenan in an amount of 1-10 wt.% and the compounding ratio of the aqueous stock solution to the liquefied gas is 50/50 to 10/90 by weight.
