PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation of fixing a catheter.SOLUTION: A retainer 1 includes: a stationary piece 10 to be fixed to a body surface 67 of a patient a movable piece 20 a hinge mechanism 30 rotationally connecting the movable piece to the stationary piece and locking mechanisms 41 and 44 for retaining the movable piece at a closed position where the movable piece is overlapped with the stationary piece. A catheter 60 is retained between the stationary piece and the movable piece in the closed position. The movable piece is retained at an open position spaced from the stationary piece, and a half-open position between the open position and the closed position. The movable piece includes a locking projection 22 projecting from a surface facing the stationary piece, when movable piece is in the closed position.
