The present invention relates to a medical device for monitoring a physiological pulmonary condition of a user, comprising at least one mouthpiece, and a transducer housing, the at least one mouthpiece and the transducer housing being separate elements, the at least one mouthpiece being physically attached to the transducer housing, the at least one mouthpiece, when attached to the transducer housing, being capable of passing at least part of a flow of exhaled or inhaled air through the mouthpiece to the transducer housing, wherein a sensor of the transducer housing is capable of measuring one or more characteristics of the flow of exhaled or inhaled air passed to the transducer housing and of providing data of the flow of exhaled air passed to the transducer housing. Also, the present invention relates to a mouthpiece for such medical device and a method and a system for monitoring a physiological pulmonary condition.La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical utilisable en vue du suivi d'une affection pulmonaire physiologique chez un utilisateur. Ledit dispositif comprend au moins un embout buccal et un boîtier de transducteur, ledit ou lesdits embouts buccaux et le boîtier de transducteur correspondant à des éléments séparés, ledit ou lesdits embouts buccaux étant physiquement fixés au boîtier du transducteur, et pouvant, lorsqu'ils sont ainsi fixés au boîtier du transducteur, amener au moins une partie du flux d'air expiré ou inspiré les traversant jusqu'au boîtier du transducteur, un capteur du boîtier du transducteur étant capable de mesurer une ou plusieurs caractéristiques du flux d'air expiré ou inspiré passant dans le boîtier du transducteur et de fournir des données relatives au flux d'air expiré passant dans le boîtier du transducteur.
